Mike Walden
Managing Director

Mike holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and has been a teacher of sports massage and sports science. He also competed at National level in the Decathlon.

Cyril Nicklin
Teacher

Cyril is an Advanced Skills Teacher of PE, he is the head of Physical education in a large secondary school (12-18yrs olds) and also an Assistant Edexcel examiner.

Media

Daniel has been involved in all aspects of television since the year 2000, in which time he has achieved credits with the BBC; ITV; Sky1; Channel 4 and Channel 5.

Heidi Mills
Sports Rehabilitator

Heidi has a degree in sports rehabilitation and has been working in sports therapy, sports rehabilitation and fitness training for 5 years. She also runs the Carrefour Sports Injury Clinic.

Jenny Pacey
Presenter

Jenny Pacey is an International Athlete, Sports Model and Presenter. She also is 'Enigma' in Sky 1's series 'Gladiators'

Ian Murphy
Badminton

Ian has been playing badminton for 25 years and has represented Norfolk for 23 of those (junior and senior). Ian has been the highest nationally ranked player in Norfolk since 1997 and is still going strong.

Tim and Pauline Ash
Middle Distance Coaches

Over the years Tim and Pauline have produced numerous English Schools champions, full English Internationals and GB Internationals on the track and cross-country.

Robin Saunders
Sprints

Robin Saunders is a former BAF Senior Coach in 100m, 200m and 4x 100m relay. He has worked with athletes from a variety of sports and has published coaching papers for athletes around the World.

Football / Soccer

Ritchie has spent the last 5 years coaching at Chester City's Centre of Excellence also providing the Education Programme for the Youth Team Scholars.

Fay Manning
Netball Coach

At the age of 26 Fay was the first Level 3 Coach in Norfolk.She coaches the County Academy and the Regional Academy Squad - coaching players to reach England standard.

Marc Powell
Tennis Coach

Marc is a fully licensed LTA level 3 Performance Coach, and he works with County, Regional and National standard juniors aged between 9 and 17 year olds.
