ATHLETE'S FOOT and VERRUCAE (Plantar Warts) are two conditions which affect the feet, and subsequently performance. However, they can be prevented in many cases by good hygiene.

2) Avoiding sweaty training shoes.
3) Applying foot powder to keep the feet dry.
4) Applying special powders to help kill the infection.

OR PLANTAR WARTS: These are a that normally appear on the sole of the foot. They can be very painful when you walk. A special sock can be worn to prevent passing on this infection and to protect it from further damage. They can be treated in a number of ways. Sometimes they are removed in a small operation but they can also be treated by applying liquid .
