We all know where we were when 'That Race' was run which saw Usain Bolt destroy the 100m World Record, but where was Dwain, what was he thinking and how has he reacted to missing out on the greatest 100m race in history?

He talks openly about the Olympics and how he felt watching as a spectator and how it gave him back the hunger and belief that he can still compete beat the very best in the world. Dwain looks to the future and peaking at the right time understanding the importance of medals over records.
