Circle Edge Drive
Players in 1 line have a ball each, player in opposite line sprints to receive a pass on the circle edge.

|
Circle Edge Drive - On and off
2 players begin with a ball in the middle of the line on 2 sides of the square.
|
|
Circle Edge Drive with Defence
The attacking players work the ball on and off the circle edge until an appropriate moment is available to successfully feed the shooter.

|
Centre Pass 1
Land in an upright and balanced position to receive all passes and for the WA - as close the circle edge as possible
|
|
Centre pass 2
Players position themselves in a standard centre pass formation. C passes to WA who has made a diagonal drive into the centre third.
|
|
Centre pass 3
GS then passes to the GA who has sprinted in to the shooting area to receive the pass close to the post.
|
|
Centre pass 4
C passes a square ball to her GD who has made a straight sprint into the centre third.
