Netball - Group Drills

Improve group and team play with our 9 Netball Group drills. Below we have 10 free to view video drills. Each drill has a video demonstration, organisational instructions and coaching points.

	Chest Pass with 1 ball 1 player begins with a ball in the middle of the line on 1 side of the square.
	Chest Pass with 2 balls 2 players begin with a ball in the middle of the line on 2 sides of the square.
	Shoulder Pass with 1 ball 1 player begins with a ball in the middle of the line on one side of the square. They then pass diagonally to another player.
	Shoulder Pass with 2 balls 2 players begin with a ball in the middle of the line on two sides of the square.

	Decision Making Triangle A player on 1 corner starts with the ball, they pass to 1 corner and runs to the opposite corner, this process repeats.
	Decision Making Square The aim of this drill is to keep all corners of a square balanced by making the correct passing and movement decisions
	Concentration Cube The remaining 2 players drive towards the centre of the square, to receive a pass from the player to their left.
	Straight Line 1 2 feeders placed inside the centre third diagonally apart from each other.
	Straight Line 2 Time your run in accordance with the person with the ball, both players should be catching the ball at the same time.
