This annual race takes place along quiet rural lanes and is the oldest Road Race in Norfolk. Runners in the 15 mile race complete two laps, those in the 7½ mile race finish after one lap. The course is flat with only a few little ups and downs. The 15 mile race distance has been measured and certified as correct. The 7½ mile race being just one lap works out to be a few yards over 7½ miles
