Rugby Coaching - Offload During Tackle Progression

Explanation: This is where the player being tackled offloads the ball before they goes to ground. This drill involves 1v1 game situations where the ball must be offloaded during tackle.

Description: The player being tackled must stay on his feet for as long as possible and offload the ball to the support player before they go to ground. This is a 1v1 drill where the player being tackled must offload to his support player in a 1v1 situation.
