Passing - Basic Passing Drill 2

This drill can be used to improve passing on the move, passing accuratly, cummincation between players and recieving the ball. However, it also pushes the fitness levels of the players, and can help improve fitness and endurance.

It should also be used to improve passing accuratly in to the chest, and not passing if there is knowone on the cone. This is useful, and will teach players that in a game of rugby, the player should check before the ball is made, instead of assuming that there is someone there to pass too.
