Rugby Coaching Drills - Two Man Passing Tunnel

Explanation: This is a drill used to practice passing and recieving from your left and your right to ensure good passing technique from each side. It introduces another player into the tunnel to make it a two man passing drill.

Description: The player that will run through the tunnel should run with his hands out and ready making a target for the players passing to him. The ball should be taken accross the chest in one smooth motion and should never touch the chest.
