Number three cones 1, 2 and 3, then put an athlete in the back position. A coach calls out a cone number and the athlete responds to the command by running and touching the cone. The commands are given off as quickly as the athletes can respond.

To make this drill more competitive set up cones so that two athletes face each other racing to touch the cones before the other athlete.
