Football speed agility drill where the player runs as fast as they can around two cones in a figure of 8 pattern. The distance between the cones and number of reps can be varied.

 

Place 2 cones 5 metre's apart. Sprint in a figure of 8 around the cones making sure to take tight, controlled turns.

Alternate the drill by replacing sprints with carioca, side steps, and backward runs.
