Teaching points
- Squat near the floor with the ball behind you
- Place your hands on the ball so your fingers are pointing at your back
- Hold your weight between your hands and feet
- Start with the elbows straight and slowly bend the elbows, lowering your buttocks towards the floor
- Do not allow the buttocks to touch the floor, or the upper arm to move past horizontal
