Tricep Dips


Teaching points

  • Squat near the floor with the ball behind you

  • Place your hands on the ball so your fingers are pointing at your back

  • Hold your weight between your hands and feet

  • Start with the elbows straight and slowly bend the elbows, lowering your buttocks towards the floor

  • Do not allow the buttocks to touch the floor, or the upper arm to move past horizontal
