Ball Push-Up


Teaching points

  • Position yourself with the ball under your shins and hands on the floor

  • Keep your back straight throughout

  • Bend your elbows, to lower your chest towards the ground

  • Slowly push back to the starting position


Variations and progressions

  • Make the exercise harder by having only your feet on the ball
