Muscles Worked:

  • Primary muscles worked are quadriceps.

Teaching Points:

  • Neutral spine keeping knees in line with toes. Trailing knee just touches the ground.
  • Elbow drive forwards to keep bar stable.
  • Drive heel in on the way back up.
  • Front bar position engages core more.
