Weight Training - Bodyweight Leg Curl

 

Muscles Worked:

  • Works the hamstrings, glutes and core muscles.

Teaching Points:

  • Very advanced exercise isolating hamstring muscles.
  • Straight line from knee to shoulder.
  • Lower body as controlled as possible to the floor.
  • Contract hard with upper body push to bring body back to start position.
  • As hamstrings get stronger less upper body push can be used.
