Teaching points

  • Feet in elevated position
  • Maintain a straight body throughout exercise
  • Abs & Glutes should be tight throughout
  • Bend the elbows outwards to lower the chest towards the floor
  • Push back up to the starting position
  • A more advanced version of the press-up
