Teaching Points
- Attach one end of the band to a stationary object, high up
- Hold the other end in one hand and stand side on to the attachment point
- Start with the arm straight, pointing at the attachment
- Keeping the elbow straight, pull your hand down accross your body, to the opposite hip
- Slowly return to the starting position
