Diagonal Extension


Teaching Points

  • Attach one end of the band to a stationary object, high up

  • Hold the other end in one hand and stand side on to the attachment point

  • Start with the arm straight, pointing at the attachment

  • Keeping the elbow straight, pull your hand down accross your body, to the opposite hip

  • Slowly return to the starting position
