Weight Training - Fit Ball Leg Curl Single Leg

 

Muscles Worked:

  • Works the hamstrings, glutes and core muscles.

Teaching Points:

  • Ball rolls from heel to toe.
  • Hips stay fixed throughout the exercise.
  • Straight line maintained from knee to shoulder throughout the movement.
  • Heel drags ball in as close to bum as possible.
  • More challenging than using both legs, in terms of balance etc.
  • More sport specific.
