Teaching points
- Lay on your back with your knees bent and soles of your feet facing each other
- Place the ball in between your legs so your inner thighs are against the ball
- Squeeze the ball with your inner thighs and hold for 5 seconds
- Relax for up to 5 seconds and repeat
Variations and progressions
- Hold each rep for up to 10 seconds
