Inner Thigh


Teaching points

  • Lay on your back with your knees bent and soles of your feet facing each other

  • Place the ball in between your legs so your inner thighs are against the ball

  • Squeeze the ball with your inner thighs and hold for 5 seconds

  • Relax for up to 5 seconds and repeat


Variations and progressions

  • Hold each rep for up to 10 seconds
