Inner Thigh Machine |
| |
|
Inner thigh machines vary from gym to gym. Some will be combined with the outer thigh machine, where you pull a level/adjustment to change the direction of resistance. Others will be independant and may or may not include a lever to bring the leg rests close together to make getting into the machine easier.
Teaching points
- Position yourself in the machine, with the legs apart, supported on the inside
- Sit back against the back rest, ensuring you have an arch in the lower back
- Squeeze the legs in together
- Slowly allow them to move apart, under full control, only as far as you are comfortable
