There are many variations of tricep machine.The following is a common example:
Teaching points
- Stand with your legs either side of the seat pad
- Place your palms on the outsides of the handles, facing in and grip the handle
- Push the handles down so that you can sit on the seat and lean forwards so your stomach is resting on the front pad
- Straighten your arms out whilst trying to push the handles towards the floor
- Keep your elbows close to your body
- Slowly let the handles rise up until your hands are below your armpits and repeat
