Weight Training - Snatch Grip Dead Lift

 

Muscles Worked:

  • Hamstrings / Lower Back / Glutes

Teaching Points:

  • This deadlift allows a greater range of movement and is a good strength trainer for power lifting exercises such as the snatch or clean.
  • Brings the quads into play more because hip position is lower.
  • Keep knees in line with toes and spine in neutral position.
