Weight Training - Walking Lunge

 

 

Muscles Worked:

  • Works quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes, as well as engaging the core muscles.

Teaching Points:

  • Variation on the lunge exercise which gives a more constant loading and draws on core stability.
  • Hips facing forwards and knees in line with toes during the exercise.
