Teaching points
- Sit on a bench or chair with the knees bent
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand and rest the forearm on the same thigh with the palm facing up
- Flex the wrist so that the dumbbell moves towards the body
- Slowly return to that starting position

- Perform whilst kneeling with the forearm rested on a bench in front of you
