Chest Stretch II

Teaching Points

  • Stand in a doorway or next to a wall
  • Place the closest hand flat on the door frame or wall
  • Keep the elbow straight
  • Step forwards and rotate your body away from your outstretched arm
  • Hold for between 10 and 30 seconds
